Documentation
Definition
Specifies the file and the relevant path on the frontend, regardless of whether the file actually exists.
Use
This information is required if a workbook containing data output from the SAP System is to be saved in Microsoft Excel.
The Excel workbook can be saved from the SAP System if it has the following statuses:
- It has been opened on the frontend.
You can save the workbook with the Save copy as ... function. The file name has the form C:\TEMP\myfile.XLS.
- It has been closed on the frontend.
Since the workbook has been buffered on the frontend, it can also be saved. The file name must now have the form File://C:\TEMP\myfile.XLS, however.
