Definition
A profile is the sum of all the possible process parameters and value assignment types that can be used for a certain recipe object. The process parameter profile of a stage, for example, can have a different composition than that of an action.
Profiles are specification specific, that is, they are linked to a recipe, process elements, or equipment requirements. You can assign any number of value assignment types (classes) to a profile.
Standard settings
The DEFAULT profile is shipped with the system.
