Has the effect that the system takes into account the data record or group during mass change.
Use
If you set this indicator for a group, the system takes into account all data records in the group during mass change. You cannot select individual data records in a group for mass changes.
If an error occurs when checking a data record, you cannot select this data record for mass change. The system deselects the indicator in this case and displays a red traffic light to show that an error has occurred.
