Documentation
Definition
The production period restricts the quantity of planned orders to be selected. The system only takes the planned orders into account whose validity period overlaps with the production period entered.
Use
Starting from these planned orders, the system then determines (if necessary, exploding the current BOM) which component quantities are relevant for the pull list.
If you do not enter a first day or a last day for the production period, the period of time taken into account by the system stretches into the past or future with no limit.
Procedure
It is usually sufficient to determine the selection period for requirements. Then the system automatically selects the correct orders.
