Use
You can use an attribute template to apply modifiable attribute values when you create a new document.
You can define the attribute values in a template when you create a new document by selecting a template from template management (in the Manage Template Variant dialog) as your user-specific default template and choosing Define Default Setting.
Attribute templates that start with '/' can be used by any user. All other templates are user-specific.
