Each record type (except record type 'Standard') has only one disposal schedule. This schedule controls the disposal of the records of the respective record type.
Use
You can assign your own disposal schedule to each disposal document type. This type of documents are disposed according to this schedule.
The disposal document type standard is delivered by SAP. No disposal schedule is assigned to this document type. The disposal takes place according to the disposal schedule assigned in the folder.
