Definition
Defines the start time of the disposal period (or retention period) of a document or record.
Use
Disposals using a disposal cutoff date (or cutoff date) are a functional component of the DoD (US Department of Defense) standard in RMPS.
Use the RMPS_DOD_DISPOSAL_REPORT_S to evalue documents or records relevant for DoD disposal.
Dependencies
The disposal period is not activated until the Cutoff Confirmed flag has been set (see the program RMPS_DOD_CUTOFF_CONFIRM).
