Definition
Use
Responsible user or user group that has access authorization for a record and the document stored there. The custodian receives more access authorizations to distribute in fields Access: User and Access: Group in addition to the administrative function.
Dependencies
- A custodian can only be assigned by users with TNA administration authorization (The National Archives).
- If you want to assign a user group as the custodian, you must first define the selection of users in an access control list (ACL). To do this, choose Environment-> Distribution Lists. (Execute Transaction)
