Documentation
Definition
List of individual users in an access control list (ACL) that controls access authorization to the elements of a fileplan.
Use
You can override access authorization to the fileplan by assigning individual users or groups (see Access: Group).
Dependencies
- If no users are assigned in the access control list, then in general, all users can access the respective object.
- If a custodian is assigned to an object, only the custodian can maintain the access control list.
- The access authorization to specific objects only is regulated by the access control list for a user. Whether the user has a display or change authorization is defined in their authorization profile.
