Documentation
Definition
List of a predefined user group in an access control list that controls access authorization to the elements of a fileplan.
Use
You can override access authorization to the fileplan by assigning a user group or individual users (see Access: Users).
You define a user group by creating an access control list with the appropriate users. To do this, choose Environment -> Distribution Lists. (Execute Transaction)
Dependencies
- If no users or groups are assigned in the access control list, then in general, all users can access the respective object.
- A user can only select those user groups to which he/she belongs and which do not have the status inactive.
- If a custodian is assigned to an object, only the custodian can maintain the access control list.
- The access authorization to specific objects only is regulated by the access control list for a user. Whether the user has a display or change authorization is defined in their authorization profile.
