Definition

Contains the Record Type ID for service identification in the backend.

Use

The back-end functionality of Records Management only recognizes some technical settings such as RMS ID, SPS ID, GenerationRule, and so on, but not Record Type. The (front-end) service recognizes only the Record Type but not the special technical settings of the Records Management back-end. So this Record Type is the connection from front-end to the back-end technical setting.
