Use

You only need to specify this attribute for objects that exist in paper form and that are not saved in the system.

Using the Location attribute and its corresponding attributes

• Address type of location
• Date of location
• Comment on location

you can determine the exact location of objects in paper form.

You do not need to specify this attribute for objects that are saved in the system (scanned documents, for example).
