Definition
Use
You can define whether you create your own incoming post item for each selected part of the e-mail, or whether all parts should be grouped together in one incoming post item.
To create your own incoming post item for each selected part of the e-mail, choose Divide E-mail.
To group all parts of the e-mail into one incoming post item, choose Group E-mail.
Dependencies
The settings refer to all parts of the e-mail that are listed in the table below and are flagged with a green traffic light.
The parts that are flagged with a red traffic light are not included in the transfer.
To switch the setting between green and red, execute the icon by double clicking on it.
The parts are transferred as as you have selected the entry Transfer E-mail Parts in the contaxt menu Activities.
