Definition
Defines the disposal cutoff date (or cutoff date).
Use
You can choose from the following disposal instruction types:
- Time
No event is required. The cutoff date depends on the disposal period and is calculated in accordance with the cutoff period specified in the IMG activity Define Disposal Cutoff Date.
If the disposal period is 12 months or longer, the cutoff date is set as the year's end (calendar year or fiscal year).
- Event
The cutoff date and the disposal date are the same as the event date and are set when the event is triggered.
- Time event
The cutoff date is set at the year's end (calendar year or fiscal year).
- Time or event
The cutoff date or disposal date is set in accordance with the disposal period. If the event occurs before the disposal date, it is set to this date.
- Immediate time event
The cutoff date is set to the event time. The disposal date is set in accordance with the defined disposal period.
