Definition
Defines the disposal status.
Use
The status is the basis for the creation of the Disposal Catalog.
You set the status for each record. This status is automatically given to all corresponding cases.
The following statuses exist:
- Status not set
You can select records and cases without statuses in the disposal catalog and set the disposal status to To be Provided or To be Deleted for these, by calling Case Management . - To be Provided
You can select records and cases with this status in the disposal catalog and create a list of providers for archiving for the corresponding archive. - To be Deleted
You can select records and cases with this status and delete them from Records Management.
