Definition

Defines the status of a disposal.

Use

The status is the basis for the creation of the disposal catalog.

You set the status for each record respectively. This status is then assigned automatically to all corresponding cases.

The following statuses exist:

  • Status is not set
    You can display the cases without a status with the corresponding record in the disposal catalog. If you want to set the disposal status for a record/case to To be Provided or To be Deleted, you must execute program Define Retention Periods (RMPS_CHECK_STORAGE_PERIOD).
  • To be Provided
    You can select records and cases with this status in the disposal catalog and create a list of providers for archiving for the corresponding archive.
  • To be Deleted
    You can select records and cases with this status in the disposal catalog and delete them from Records Management.
