Definition
Date by which the retention period for cases has expired.
Use
If the disposal date is the same as the current date, cases with an expired retention period can be deleted or a list of providers for the valuation can be created.
If the disposal date is in the future, only a list of providers for cases with a retention period that has expired by this date can be created.
It is not possible to delete cases with a retention period that ends after the current date.
