Use

With the organizational objects for the authorization check in Records and Case Management, you can divide the SAP organizational structure as required by the authorization check.

You assign the organizational objects of the authorization check to the organizational units of the SAP organizational structure. The system checks the authorizations using the authorization objects RMPS: Access Record, Case Document Org.Assignment User (PS_RMPSORG) and RMPS: Access Record, Case, Document Special Org. Units (PS_RMPSOEH).

Example

In your organization, the authorizations should only be checked at department level. Create an organizational object for each department whose documents should be checked on a department basis.
