Definition

Defines the planned or actual closing date by which the processing of a record or case was closed or should be closed in Records Management and Case Management.

Use

You must enter the runtime end for the record.

For a case, the system automatically sets the runtime end as soon as the person in overall control sets the status of the case to Processing Closed.
