Definition
A key figure defines a size that is to be reported. For this purpose there are two different types:
- In the simplest case a key figure corresponds to a numeric field of a database table (information structure).
- A key figure can also be calculated by calculation rules or formulas to the validity period.
Use
In this field as part of statistics updating, the system cumulates or enters for the characteristics values.
