Definition

The following conditions are used to select purchase requisitions:

• Release relevant
• A release request has been sent to the external system
• The external system has confirmed receipt of the release request
• The external system has not yet sent the result of the release decision

Use

The results list shows the following data of the external release:

• Status external release
• Time of external release request

To send a new release request to the external system, you can select purchase requisitions and choose the "Send" pushbutton.

All items of the purchase requisition that are relevant to external release are sent, even if you do not select all items.

Dependencies

The selected purchase requisitions are only sent if business function LOG_MM_EXT_REL is active.
