Documentation
Definition
The following conditions are used to select purchase requisitions:
- Release relevant
- Release strategy with release in local system
- A release request has been sent to the external system
Use
The results list shows the following data of the external release:
- Status external release
- Time of external release request
To cancel the external release procedure for a purchase requisition, select the requisition in the results list and choose the "Send" pushbutton. This sends a release request to the external system that cancels the release procedure.
All items of the purchase requisition that are relevant to external release are sent, even if you do not select all items.
Dependencies
The selected purchase requisitions are only sent if business function LOG_MM_EXT_REL is active.
Example
These conditions may occur, for example, if the Customizing settings for the release strategy have been changed from external release to local release. From this point onward, you can only process these purchase requisitions in SAP ERP. You can send a release request cancelling the release procedure, in order to terminate the release procedure in the external system.
