Definition
When dealing with the intercompany profit & loss from the previous year, you must specify the FS items in which the changes from previous year are to be recorded.
These changes will generally affect net income, unless the elimination from the previous year was carried out without affecting net income.
Enter the item that is to be debited with the changes from the previous period. In the case of changes affecting net income, this would be the Loss Carried Forward item, otherwise it would be an equity item (reserves).
