Documentation
Definition
This field contains the level of parallel processing for the report by means of specifying the work processes to be used.
Use
Enter the maximum number of work processes that you want the report to use in this field.
Dependencies
When you define the regularly scheduled variant, ensure that the number of stored work processes is large enough to allow parallel processing (greater than 1) but not so large that the report uses a disproportionate amount of resources. Before you define the variant, we recommend that you ask your system administrator about how many work processes you should use.
Example
Eight work processes allows a higher level of parallel processing than five work processes, assuming the necessary resources are available.
