Definition
The system can use the decision value to query who is participating in reduced working hours or seasonal reduced hours depending on the personnel area, personnel subarea, employee group, employee subgroup, cost center, and organizational unit.
Example
You set up the reduced working hours for the reference number 3333:
In the personnel area 0001, only the organizational unit 1000 should participate in reduced working hours within the employee subgroup D1. In all other employee subgroups of this personnel area, all employees should participate in reduced working hours.
