Definition

Specifies the total or a certain amount of property tax assessed by the corresponding tax administrator for a given fiscal year. This amount appears on the tax bill.

Use

If you enter the percentage of the total tax amount, do not enter any value in the Tax Amount Assessed within the same year and in the same municipality. You can change the tax amount determination (whether you enter an amount or a percentage) only once at the beginning of the next year in a given municipality.
