Definition

Defines the calculation and posting rule that the system follows when calculating and posting the liabilities of property tax for the given real estate object.

Use

You can select one of the following:

• Posting Period Control (PC), where the system calculates the installment amount according to the your Customizing settings, which is posted and paid to the tax administrator
• Tax Bill (BC), where the system calculates the installment amount to be posted and paid to the tax administrator according to the tax bill rules
