Definition
Defines the category of the retention.
Use
The field is available in the purchase order and purchase contract only.
The following categories are available:
- ' '
No retention has been defined. The Retention in Percent field cannot be populated.
- H
Retention has been defined at header level. In this case, the Retention in Percent field must be populated. It is not possible to process the value at item level.
- I
Retention has been defined at item level. In this case, the Retention in Percent field can be populated at item level in the invoice view.
- B
The retention has been secured by a bond. It is not possible to define a percentage retention (either at header level or at item level).
Dependencies
The category of the retention has a direct influence on the Retention in Percent field.
