Use
When entering a notice procedure, you specify the contractual party for which the notice rules apply.
The allowed values are:
- Contractor
- Contractee
- Both (applies to contractor and contractee equally)
The system derives which contractual partner in a given contract is the contractee or contractor using the offerer/user field in the contract type.

Example 2 for a Notice Procedure
In residential rental, different notice periods apply for the tenant and landlord. Therefore, two different notice rules, Residential Tenant and Residental Landlord are defined and combined in a notice procedure.
