Definition
- Option Rule Type
The tenant has to declare in writing by this date that he exercises the option for the contract to be renewed up to the "Renewal to" date.
- Automatic Rule Type
If notice was not given on the contract by this date, then the contract is automatically renewed up to the date in the "Renewal to" field.
Note: To reject the renewal, notice has to be given by this date.
