Definition
Specifies the notice agreement from the point of view of both contractual parties.
Use
The applicable notice rules are specified for both the contractor and contractee (landlord and tenant).
It is possible to specify multiple notice rules for each contractual party, for example in order to combine a period regulation with a deadline regulation to create an extraordinary notice. In this case, the system calculates the shortest notice period from these rules, so that the most beneficial rule is applied from the perspective of the contractual party.
Dependencies
To define a notice procedure, you need at least one notice rule (period regulation or deadline regulation).

Example 2 for a Notice Procedure
In residential rental, different notice periods apply for the tenant and landlord. Therefore, two different notice rules, Residential Tenant and Residental Landlord are defined and combined in a notice procedure.
