Definition
A terminated program run has to be restarted.
The RESTART run is carried out using a pre-defined status. The program determines the last incompleted run via table TDTR and restarts using the time stamp flagged in the document file. The system reads all the documents which have this restart time stamp and additionally selects all new documents without a time stamp.
The existing incomplete run is assigned the status 'R' for restart. The
current run receives an entry with the status 'X'.
