Use

When entering sales reports, you can use this characteristic to document exceptions for the sales report, for example why sales differ from regular sales. The indicator does not have any influence on the calculation of sales-based rent, but it can be displayed in reports.

• Regular sales
• Projection
  Indicates that sales were not reported for the whole settlement period, but that the settlement should take place for the projected sales for the period. The actually reported sales, in this case, can be entered in the Stat. Net/Stat. Gross fields.
• Special action
  Indicates that the reported sales differ from regular sales due to special sale actions. The regular "adjusted" sales, in this case, can be entered in the Stat. Net/Stat. Gross fields.
• Partial sales
  Indicates that the tenancy began or ended during the reporting interval. The projected sales for the settlement period, in this case, can be entered in the Stat. Net/Stat. Gross fields.
• Preliminary sales
  Indicates that a valid sales report was not yet received.
