Definition

The sales-based rent is adjusted in the settlement period due to

• The minimum agreed sales figure
• The maximum agreed sales figure
• The actual sales figure

1. If the actual sales mean that the sales-based rent is less than the minimum agreed, the rent entered in the field is the minimum agreed sales figure.
2. If the actual sales mean that the sales-based rent is more than the maximum agreed, the rent entered in the field is the maximum agreed sales figure.
3. If neither of the above cases apply, the actual sales figure is entered in this field as the sales-based rent.
