Definition
If a tenant does not have to pay any sales-based rent but sales are still required for reporting purposes, you have to designate the reporting rule here as statistical and assign it to a sales rule that is also identified as statistical.
If a sales report is to be used for actual sales-based rent settlement, the reporting rule is not allowed to be designated as statistical here.
