Use
You can choose one of the following settlement types:
- Standard
In standard settlement, the system calculates the sales-based rent for the entered period depending on the calculation rule and reporting rule entered. The sales-based rent that is calculated forms the basis for the receivables that are debited to the tenant using postings in Financial Accounting.
- Final settlement
During final settlement, the system settles those real estate contracts that are defined as having a final settlement period (in their settlement frequency). Final settlement is performed to make adjustments to a standard settlement that are necessary due to certified sales reports.
