Definition
Minimum annual monetary sales, agreed upon between tenant and landlord for the purpose of determining the minimum rent. Provided that the actual annual monetary sales are less than the planned monetary sales, the actual annual monetary sales are taken as the reference value for determining the rent to be paid. The absolute lower limit for determining the rent is however the minimum annual monetary sales agreed upon.
