Definition
Minimum annual quantitative sales, agreed upon between tenant and landlord for the purpose of determining the minimum rent. Provided that the actual annual quantitative sales are less than the minimum annual quantitative sales, the maximum annual quantitative sales are taken as the reference value for determining the rent to be paid.
The absolute lower limit for determining the rent is however the minimum annual quantitative sales agreed upon.
