Definition
Maximum monetary sales for the year, agreed upon between tenant and landlord in order to determine the maximum rent. Provided the actual annual monetary sales exceeds the maximum monetary sales, the maximum monetary sales is taken as the reference value for determining the rent to be paid.
The absolute upper limit for determining the rent is the maximum monetary sales agreed upon.
