Definition
Maximum quantitative sales for the year, agreed upon between tenant and landlord in order to determine the maximum rent. Provided that the actual annual quantitative sales exceeds the maximum quantitative sales, the maximum quantitative sales is taken as the reference value for determining the rent to be paid.
The absolute upper limit for determining the rent is the maximum quantitative sales agreed upon.
