Definition
The program determines lease-outs and/or general contracts for your selections. You have to decide if the system should take account of your selections ONLY for lease-outs or ONLY for Real Estate general contracts, or for both.
If both selections are to be considered, the system determines all open items for customers who occur as the contract party either in the selected lease-outs or in the selected general contracts. (In other words, the system interprets the selections for lease-outs and the selections for general contracts as an "OR link".)
Note that if you choose the "Only lease-outs" selection, the system will ignore the selections you have made for Real Estate general contracts.
Note also if you make no selections for lease-outs or general contracts, the system will select all contracts (assuming you have not excluded a particular contract category from the selection).
