- Indicator is set (
'X')The percentage specified on the settlement unit at which vacancy costs are paid by the owner is applied. This percentage is less than 100%. That is, some of the vacancy costs are carried by the tenant.
- Indicator is not set (
' ')The percentage is not applied. The landlord pays 100% of the vacancy costs. For settlement units that are included in settlement and for which the specified percentage is less than 100%, a warning message is issued to the settlement log.
