Definition
Agreement has been reached with the tenant, for example, that his or her rent includes property tax up to a total amount of DM 10,000. If the total amount increases to DM 11,000, the tenant will have a proportionate share of the DM 1,000 (according to the defined measurement share).
The amount should be entered in company code currency.
The value is not taken into account in the external heating expenses settlement.
