Maximum costs per settlement unit
Dependencies
The maximum costs check uses the most current value within the settlement period.
Value of the maximum costs per settlement unit that are apportioned to the tenant during service charge settlement. The remaining costs stay on the rental unit, defined as non-apportionable.
You enter the value in company code currency.
This value is not considered during external heating expense settlement.
