Documentation
Use
If it was agreed that the owner pays a portion of the service charges, you can enter the percentage share here that the tenant has to pay. The difference between this percentage and 100% is then the responsibility of the owner, and this amount is posted to the rental object.
Dependencies
The field is only valid for the Advance Payment, Flat Rate and Final Settlement settlement types.
Note
This percentage is taken into account only for internal service charge settlement, not for external settlement of heating expenses.
