If this indicator is set the service charge key is only apportionable to commercial tenants.
The costs entered under this service charge key are only apportioned to commercial tenants, not to residential tenants. You should set this indicator for any service charges that laws in your country state cannot be passed on to residential tenants.
Therefore, there might be some costs that you are not able to assign to residential tenants during service charge settlement. When this indicator is set, these costs remain assigned to the landlord.

If this indicator is set, you should also set the apportionable indicator.
