Definition
Specifies that an apportionable service charge key is only apportionable for commercial tenants.
If this indicator is set, then costs entered using this service charge key can only be assigned to commercial tenants and not to residential tenants. You should set this indicator for any service charges that laws in your country state cannot be passed on to residential tenants.
Therefore, there might be some costs that you are not able to assign to residential tenants during service charge settlement. When this indicator is set, these costs remain assigned to the landlord.
If this indicator is set, you should also set the Apportionable indicator.
