'X')The percentage that was entered for the surcharge in Customizing can still be changed on the initial screen of service charge settlement. Keep in mind that if you change the percentage rate, the changed percentage rate only applies for surcharges as long as no other different percentage rate was defined for them (dependent on the service charge key, usage type or contract type).
- Indicator is not set (
' ')The percentage rate entered in Customizing is displayed during service charge settlement but it is not possible to change it there. You should choose this setting when the amount of the surcharge is set by law.
