Use
The current occupancy principle should be applied for the rental object during service charge settlement.
Dependencies
When you process the settlement unit (SU), you again have the option of specifying if this indicator is valid for the objects in the service charge settlement. This specification applies for all objects in the settlement unit as a group.
For more information, refer to Current Occupancy Principle for Settlement Unit.
Note:
The Current Occupancy Principle indicator can only be set for rental units and rental spaces, not for pooled spaces. Note that using it for rental spaces is not recommended if the rental space is returned to the pooled space after the end of the contract or if it is extracted in a completely different form for a new rental. If the rental space is returned to the pooled space, the settlement treats it as vacant at the time of settlement, even if there is another rental space for the physically and architecturally identical space at the time of settlement.
