Definition

Here you can make time-dependent assignments of objects to a participation group for service charge settlement. Or you can remove objects that are already assigned.

You can assign the following object types:

  • Business entity
  • Building
  • Land
  • Rental object
  • Participation group

If you assign an object above the rental object level (for example, building or participation group), you can exclude rental objects individually from settlement participation.
